• Weather: Exterior results and scheduling may be affected by weather; we reserve the right to pause work to protect workmanship.
• Indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

On-site Work and Property Protection

While we are working on your property:

• We will take reasonable care to mask, cover, and protect flooring, furniture, landscaping, and adjacent surfaces
• We are not responsible for items or valuables that were not moved or protected after we requested access to the work area
• Minor touch-ups identified during the final walk-through will be completed at no extra charge
• Access to water, electricity, and a safe work area are required to complete the project on schedule
